Shipping Policy

All AETHER products are designed and made at the AETHER jewellery studio located in Frankston South, at the gateway to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula region, just out outside Melbourne.

Our handcrafted items can be sent throughout Australia and to many countries and regions across the world.

Currently all domestic Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
All domestic and international shipping includes tracking and must be signed for on delivery.
International deliveries are shipped using Express Courier International Via Australia Post.
Insurance cover can be organised on request at an additional fee.
Aether Studio is not responsible or liable for items once they enter the postal system.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchange are available for manufacturing faults within two weeks of purchase. This does not include damage incurred due to wear, accidents or exposure to abrasive substances. Proof of damage will be required.

We aim to make high quality pieces that are designed to be worn and enjoyed for as long as possible. We use quality materials, excellent tools and fabricate with a high standard of workmanship to ensure our designs are given the treatment they deserve.

Contact us as soon as possible to organise a return claim. The item must be returned in an unused, undamaged, unworn condition and in the original packaging. The buyer covers the cost of return delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, just give us a hoi at contact@aetherstudio.au

Final sale items are final and not returnable.

Refunds, exchanges or credits are not available for custom made pieces and 'Made to Measure' rings, please select your ring size carefully. All sales are final.
