ORDERS

You will be emailed a payment receipt and order confirmation email immediately after placing an order. 'Ready to Ship' means the handmade item is in stock and will be sent within two business days of the order being received.

‘Made to order’ items may take longer to manufacture. Factors include weather the precious metals are in stock or need to be ordered to make your item. Handmade custom pieces are worth the wait. Make an enquiry

If you would like an item sent as a gift please include information about your requirements in the ‘notes to seller’ field during checkout or contact us directly.
We will not include paper invoices with the gift, discretion is assured.
If it is be to be sent to a different address, please ensure you change the shipping address at the checkout.

We do not view, store or record any of your card details when making a financial transaction at the checkout. The financial transaction itself is completed by our trusted third party financial gateway services. Stripe, Square, Paypal, Afterpay.
